The mother daughter trip to South Carolina

I was rather quite on Facebook after Emily and I arrived at Uncle Larry’s. This was because we had a rather chill time. As Emily described it, “it was like a beach vacation without the beach.” My mom thought this was hilarious and calls my uncle a beach bum. We did manage to leave the house three times. Once to go to the grocery store, once to visit my cousin and lastly to visit Shelly and her family.
I met Shelly in 2011. She was training with fleet feet and a friend of J-Ho’s. They met at fleet feet. I had met her at the Halloween 5K a couple weeks before my big Dr Veronikis surgery. Shelly and her husband and I believe his sister had signed up for the Arnold turkey trot. Their babysitter cancelled at the last minute. J-Ho knew we both lived in Arnold so she had Shelly contact me. They actually lived within walking distance of us. (Maybe a 1/4 of a mile~normal people walking distance). Brian took Emily over to babysit and I went with to pick up. I still felt like hell but must have not looked too bad, because Shelly asked me if I ran that day. A couple years later Shelly was transferred to Kansas City for her job and Emily ended up being her kids “nanny” or babysitter. Whatever they are called these days. Emily loves Shelly’s kids and was always excited to babysit for her. She would be bummed when school would conflict and she wasn’t able to help out. Shelly was transferred to North Carolina around the time the school year ended. (At least I think, I can’t keep my own dates straight these days). Emily was so sad because she had to give up seeing the people she loved.

A couple months ago I came up with the grand idea to visit my uncle, cousin and Shelly since they all live about an hour and a half from each other. And I did airport checks and we could fly southwest for 150 round trip into Charlotte NC which was also in the one and a half hour radius. It was perfect. And thanks to all the silly cake hunting, my fear of not knowing where I’m going is much less. As Emily pointed out I had the radio volume on 17 dropping the rental car off when normally it would be 8 or less. Although when the freak horned me in the drop off spot my anxiety shot through the roof and I looked for my tranquilizer gun to shoot the dude.

We had a great time at Shelly’s. Her kids are so well behaved and polite. Emily knew what she was talking about. I hadn’t seen her husband Arick in such a long time. I had forgotten how much I loved him. I was reminded of the love dare days in which I was to identify a couple with a great relationship that I would want to use as a model. Herc and Christy Noblitt were who I chose. Had I known Shelly and Arick at the time, they would have been included. Shelly shared with me after I first met her that there were six girls in line for Arick if Shelly died. I immediately announced I’m number seven and started calling myself that. I conveniently forgot that the entire time we were visiting. It’s a good thing too or I might have not been able to speak to Arick. I really am shy in a lot of ways! They really are a great family and I hope one day they are brought back home to Saint Louis (because life really is all about me).

My fitness was horrible this past week. When I say chill I should have said never moving off the couch. I usually average 12,000 steps a day (I have a competition problem) and yet this vacation it was like 3000. I forgot my charger for my fitbit so I went a good 24 hours without data input and yet the world did not come to an end. Full marathon training starts tomorrow. I was going to use the coach portion on my Nike plus app but that starts off with an eight mile long run. That is ridiculous so while sitting on the couch at uncle Larry’s a found a much more reasonable 16 week training plan. So watch out Fitbit friends the step monster will be back on track. While at the charlotte airport I decided to walk the length of the airport for steps. Now I know why they say Lambert is tiny. Concourse E had 50 plane slots. Not sure what they are called. I got in about 2500 steps. I’m a crazy nut job.

As my mother daughter trip with Emily comes to an end, it’s time to start planning my mother daughter trip with Kayla. She wants to do a four day cruise so that means I need to work a little extra. She also wants to fly instead of drive so I better start working on that anxiety. How are we getting from airport to boat. Now I’m thinking taxi or über. I think I need a drink stronger than the diet doctor pepper I ordered on the plane.

Mole moral~ Despite all the yelling and fighting Emily and I had a great time at Uncle Larry’s and once again not seeing anything in Greenville South Carolina. Maybe the fourth trip I will actually leave the couch. Probably not!

Coming out of the closet

imageAllyson has wanted a bearded dragon for about three years now. This year I decided to look on Craigslist to see what i could find. The first person I contacted had already gotten rid of theirs but the second one still had his. He wanted 150 for the entire set up including a brand new 50 basking light, the dragon, a cricket keeper, cricket food, calcium, bearded dragon food and sand scooper. Due to Furfest it was two weeks before I could go pick him up in Collinsville. The guy said the cage was too heavy and I would have to come to his residence to pick him up. My mother in law told me not to go by myself because I would be killed for the cash. So I talked my friend Holly into coming since she was out on medical leave and on home oxygen. I figured if he tried anything, I would just pop him with Holly’s tank. The guy actually ended up being very nice and very helpful. When he lifted the hiding thing up and I saw the size of this guy I said oh my God, he’s huge. Then I said I mean that’s fine, I just thought he was much smaller from the picture. My in-laws agreed to keep him but I didn’t want to burden them with him so I decided to hide him in my closet for two weeks. And yes I ran an extension cord into the closet so that I could run the basking light 14 hours a day like I was supposed to. I was putting his hiding hut back in when a piece broke off and the thing hit him. He super stuck out his beard and if he could hiss, he would have hissed at me. It would be four days before I could get him to eat anything. He won’t touch his bearded dragon food. I finally got him to eat some Kale. I know you are all thinking that Allyson would find him before Christmas. However, my kids know the Christmas presents are always hidden in my closet and they don’t want to ruin Christmas so they never go in there. Emily yelled at me this year for telling her what Kayla’s ornament was and told me I was ruining Christmas. So Christmas afternoon came with the Moehlmann side of the family and after all the presents were opened and Allyson didn’t get anything from grandma and papa or Jeff and Teresa we told her to go look in my room. She finally found him and she was excited but mad at me for keeping him in the closet for two weeks. She told me he was touchy and in a bad mood. We moved him into her room and she informed me he had to be off of the floor. So I said you mean like a TV stand or something and she said yes. He didn’t like people towering over him. So this morning we went to Wal-Mart with no luck so I got the grand idea to go to IKEA. I had never been there and the store was really cool. We found a dresser that would fit the tank on top of it. This worked out perfectly as Allyson has never had a dresser but has shared Kayla’s triple dresser in Kayla’s room. Brian worked extra today so when he got home he got to assemble the dresser. Allyson also did not like the sand that the previous owner used so I bought reptile carpet to put in the bottom. It can be washed and reused. I bought one for a 50 gallon tank and wouldn’t you know it was too long and too skinny so I whipped out my sewing machine and pieced it together. imageDuring this time Allyson had to get him out of the tank so that i could vacuum the remaining sand out of it. He was kind of being a bully so I texted the previous owner to find out how old the dragon is. He’s a year and he said that the dragon acted all tough with him and just ignore that behavior. He was fine after Allyson got him out and as you can see he was quite interested in the dog and kept moving closer and closer to her. She managed to lick his face. Allyson had fed him five crickets before we got him out, so she was rushing me to finish the carpet so that he could digest his food. She said he needed the lights to do this. No pressure or anything. She had no problem picking up a cricket and putting it in his cage. Yeah I thought it was fairly gross but not as gross as at the pet store. We asked the guy about meal worms and he said he had to get them out of the fridge for us. He then informed us that if they stay room temperature, they will turn into beatles. I think I puked in my mouth just a little. Of course Allyson held one of the worms and was not afraid of it at all.

Because Allyson got a dresser, we had to rearrange part of her room. The girl is a pack rat and I bet I spent two hours working on it so that I could vacuum. I made her go through all her drawing papers and recycle those that she no longer wanted. The recycle people will love us this week. We moved her bookshelf and put the dresser where the bookshelf was. As soon as we got him up there, she announced he was much happier. He watched Brian put the dresser together and was very interested. I have already moved Allyson’s socks into her dresser.image I had been keeping them on my dresser because she wants hers to match and Kayla never does so she didn’t want Kayla wearing hers. So now my room is less messy. Score!

Mole Moral~The simplest projects turn into big projects. Who would have guessed a bearded dragon would lead to a new dresser and a trip to IKEA.

It’s just hair

imageAllyson has been asking me for at least a month to let her get her hair cut. She sent me a picture of what she wanted and I almost had a heart attack. I had to tell myself it’s only hair and it’s her hair and it grows back. So when I shared with Hollie (who does my hair) what she wanted, she almost had a stroke as well. Hollie does not like cutting long hair to short much less super long to super short. So Hollie and I talked and she decided to do a short bob and then have Allyson come back in a week to finish.

So five days later we arrive and Hollie asks Allyson a lot of questions and they look at pictures. Hollie then announces she’s just doing it all now and forget the two step process. Allyson is thrilled and I’m a bit freaked out. Hollie is having a nervous heart attack. She cut off to shoulders first and the whole shop about had a stroke. When Hollie broke out the clippers they all freaked. The haircut took an hour and by the end Hollie needed a shot and a bottle of wine but Allyson loved it and that’s all that mattered. Before Hollie started she said, “it’s only hair and it will grow back”

Brian really liked it and wanted to know why her hair was so soft. I said because she doesn’t use head and shoulders shampoo. Smoking grandma had a bit of a hard time. Kayla hated it and Brian’s mom said it looked like mine. Emily announced that the mole girls can really pull off the lesbian hair cut. After all my girls have called me Lizzie for four years. They are as funny as their father.

Mole moral ~ Allyson is amazing as she does not feel compelled to conform to society and is her own person, comfortable in her own skin.

Merry Christmas! The best gifts do not always come in wrapping paper and fancy bows!

A Christmas Miracle (sort of)

My brother-in-law Chris was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma almost two years ago. It was bad enough that conventional chemo wouldn’t do any good (or they may have tried it, I can’t remember) so they offered him experimental chemo without much hope. He was in the Army stationed in WA at the time. He was home last Thanksgiving and in my usual CR self I told him not to die until after he retired from the army (which was a year later) so Brian’s sister and my nephew would have military benefits for life.

He came home to Missouri last week for good. I think he is officially retired at the beginning of January but is using vacation time until then. He went out to Siteman for a treatment and they told him he is in remission. Yes, remission from stage four lymphoma. I am not going to lie, if someone told me this would be the result I would have told them to go take a toke off of their crack pipe! I was so shocked when I heard the news today that I had to share on my blog. God certainly works in crazy ways!

Mole moral ~ It’s so nice when negative Nelly (me with medical stuff) is wrong and God surprises me. I am praying for remission to last a long time! Continue reading

Midwest Furfest 2015 Chicago IL

IMG_0261Last January or February Allyson asked me to buy her some plastic canvas, foam and fur because she wanted to make a fursuit. I had no idea what she was talking about but since she is the artist in the family, I took her to purchase the supplies she needed. She then disappeared in the basement for several works working on her latest creation. I asked her the other day what gave her the idea and she has no clue. She swears she can’t remember how she became interested in it. I am thinking she saw it on YouTube. So she made the head and feet all by herself. The tail and the sleeves she cut out and had me sew them together. I watched how she did the head and after she got the shape together she took masking tape and taped areas and then removed the tape. She then cut the fur pieces to the size and shape of the masking tape and then hot glued the fur to the foam. I know she had Woolzey finished by the talent show at school which was in April or May. (He was her second head, as her first she has now decided to call her prototype and learned that it was way too big and heavy). The secretary at school told me her performance blew them all away and everyone was clapping and got into it. Of course the secretary almost fell out of her chair when I told her she made it herself. So a few months ago Allyson mentioned the furfest con (convention for all of you like me that has no clue about the lingo) and wanted to go. I kind of forgot about it until three weeks ago when Emily mentioned taking her. So a last-minute trip was in order and all I have to say is next year I am asking off work because working Thursday and Friday and then leaving straight for Chicago and getting home late Sunday night and working Monday and Tuesday was no fun. I am a spoiled part-time girl!

Emily and I had no idea what to expect. While driving up there I told her I needed to have my picture taken with a creepy old man for Liz. Liz is one of our newer nurses on Women’s Health and I just love her. She cracks me up and lets me tease the crap out of her without getting mad. She is a year older than Emily and can dish it right back. It’s always a good time when I work with her. So Allyson pipes up from the back seat and says that there are a small portion of people who have sex in their costumes and they are called Yiffers. The fursuit people do not like them because they give the fursuit people a bad rap. No kidding because I can’t tell you how many of Emily’s friends asked if she was going to an orgy. She said sure with my mom, it will be great fun. It kind of reminded me of the small subset of Mormon’s that have multiple wives. Yes, only I could relate these two set of people. After I got back and relayed the message to Liz she knew they were called Yiffers. She told me that her brother told her about them which I bought at the time but now I’m just wondering if Liz is a Yiffer! HAHAHAHAHA. And now I can give her crap about that for the next month!

The next morning we weren’t there twenty minutes when I was completely blown away by the artistry of the costumes. I would say most people do not make their own costumes but pay fursuit makers to make them. This is not cheap as the head alone can go for five hundred dollars and up. It all depends on who it is that makes them. And yes Allyson knew some of them and could tell the costumes they had made. They also had an art show but no picture-taking was allowed. It was mind-blowing. Then they also had booths were people were drawing and doing commission work. Emily has a gal etching a shot glass with midwest furfest on it. It should come in about two weeks. So we wandered around until the parade started. Emily and I got our spot thirty minutes early and it was the perfect spot. The parade route was roped off just like they do at Disney. I am guessing there was at least 1000 people in the parade. It last an hour and a half. Towards the end some chinese tourist started trying to crowd me out of my spot. I really thought I was going to have to throw elbows. Look dude Emily and I were the first one’s here and you aren’t getting my spot! He was getting mad at me for not moving out of his way. I ignored him. I was a little nervous to leave Allyson in the line up for the parade and not see her for two hours but she had Emily’s phone, the selfie stick and ended up making a bunch of friends.

Allyson spotted a booth where they take your photos and then send it off to a 3D printer and your picture ends up a statue. Allyson really wanted it done but I had already spent a fortune on her for Christmas. Emily the devil said who cares let her do it. So I threw caution to the wind and said why not. So they took her pictures and scanned her while she was standing on a platform that rotated 360 IMG_0460IMG_0457degrees. When they were finished they had a sample on the screen which was really cool and they will clean it up and send us the proof in 2 weeks.IMG_0466

As long as we are happy with it, they will send it to the printer and we will receive a 4 inch statue of Woolzey in four weeks. I cannot wait to see the finished project.

That night they had a dance off which was amazing. I cannot imagine dancing full-out in a fur costume. Those people had to be sweating to death. Allyson really enjoyed it. The next day they had a dance competition which was amazing. I am posting links to the winners of the group competition which they were called furternity. Click on the name if you want to watch the video from the competition. The second runner-up in the veteran category was Fenrir/Strobes I thought he should have won but I am no dance expert. His suit was super cool.

So until next year or Allyson’s next costume I’ll try to stop the crazy about this. I have already determined I’m going to learn how to sew the fur together for patterns without it looking like its sewn together. Thank goodness for endless information on the internet!!

Mole Moral~ People often make fun of or question stuff they do not understand or have no experience with. I have never met so many understanding and accepting people than I did this past weekend. It reminded me of how Jesus said we should act. Love God first and then each other. These people exhibited just that even in crazy costumes!

My life really is a comedy!

A couple of months ago Dr. Veronikis told Amy that he would like to have a WH get together and for her to plan it. I’m not going to lie, I was totally excited and I told Amy I don’t care when it is but make sure it’s not when I’m on my anniversary trip. So between his schedule and the nurses, the best day was today which also happens to be Friday the thirteenth! I had been looking forward to this and was the first one to sign up.

Well tonight I got stuck at work until 10:15 and missed the entire thing. I got a little tearful and the night-shift asked if it was because of work. I said heck no, I’m so disappointed I missed the party! Anyone who knows me, knows I don’t usually get out of work late so this was totally unusual and freaking comical!

Amy called me on her way home and told me Dr. V. had a great time and said we need to do this more often. Oh that made my heart happy and made missing the party totally irrelevant!

Mole Moral~ After I hung up I turned on Joy FM and the next song that played was Chris Tomlin’s “How Great is Our God”. Yep I sung it in full voice and said not only is he great, he’s freaking AWESOME!

My new nickname

imageBrian and I have a nickname for almost everyone we know. The more we like someone, the more nicknames we have. A few of mine are ma sqaw, not the mama (from a show called The Dinosaurs that was on when Emily was little), crabby for thirty years, Rach etc. About the time we hit Death Valley Brian started calling me Schleprock. After a couple of days I asked him what that was about. He loved The Flinstones when he was little so he told me that Schleprock was a character on the show that always had bad luck. He said Fred and Barney would tell him to go away.
I was the one who planned the vacation so I earned the nickname.

Here is a recap of our disaster vacation.
1. We went to pick up the rental car and the lady gave us two choices so we picked the bigger one. When we checkout a different lady says it’s a bigger size and we owe more money. I said that’s not happening that lady told us we could have that one. So I had to track her down in the parking lot and she attempts to blame me. I confronted her and she signed the paper so it was the same price.
2. At the end of the race my phone jams up and I did not get a picture with the bear.
3. Brian had heard about the California mudslides while I was running but thought surely it won’t affect us. Of course it did and that drive turned into nine hours.
4. Our first night we spent at sequoia it rained overnight. This caused the restaurant help to be severely understaffed from call ins. Therefore, breakfast took over an hour.
5. Some of the stuff we wanted to see was unavailable due to the rain.
6. On the way to Death Valley I look to see how much that park costs to get into and find out they had rain the night before. A bunch of people got stuck at Scotty’s castle and half of what we wanted to do was not available.
7. The place I wanted to see the most was badwater and it had already been closed from the rain the week before.
8. Death Valley had spotty cell service and our dog got lost. It’s our cell numbers on the dogs tags.
9. We arrive in the Grand Canyon to sleet and find out they usually have snow by Halloween.
10. We arrive at the airport three hours early and still almost miss the plane.

Although all this makes it seem like we had a horrible time, it really was the best vacation ever. Here are some positives
1. The plane didn’t crash.
2. It was fun to watch Brian be amazed by the trees, wildlife, and nature. He was in guy heaven.
3. I found an amazing ring made by Navajo’s.
4. I ran my race faster than I thought I would.
5. Many hours of quality time due to no wifi and cell service.
6. My dog was found and safe.

Brian bought himself some property so I told him I’m picking the anniversary trip. I think he was pleasantly surprised how man like it was. He loved the Grand Canyon tour and said it was more than worth the money. That says a lot more than I could ever articulate.

Mole moral~ When crazy things happen on vacation come up with a funny nickname and have fun with it. As we were booking down the hall to get on the plane I put my hands over my head and yelled I am Shleprock.

Death Valley

The idea to visit Death Valley came about this past June when my mom, Allyson, and I all visited Uncle Larry in South Carolina. My mom wanted to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway because she heard it was beautiful. While we were driving it, I noticed it was a national park. After arriving back to Uncle Larry’s house I googled national parks and Death Valley came up. So then I google Death Valley and came across a book called To the Edge: A Man, Death Valley, and the mystery of Endurance. It’s about a writer who was to cover an ultramarthon race in Death Valley valley and decided to run it himself with only seven months training. After I finished the book I knew I had to visit and informed Brian that we would be going there for our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. I really had no idea what to expect.

There are only three places to stay unless you want to camp. (Not this girl). Furnace creek, stovepipe wells, and Panamint springs. When I was pricing them some of the rooms at furnace creek were 600 a night. I eliminated that place really quick and it was by far the nicest from the outside. It seems like Panamint springs was not open which is just as well because it looked a little shabby. We stayed at stovepipe wells which was in the middle. It got its name back in the day as the only well around. Miners would come to find it and someone finally stuck a stovepipe up to mark it. It is no longer in use but can be seen three miles away. However due to the rain the night before that road was closed. It was the same road that ran to Scotty’s Castle which was also closed. Actually the rainstorm stranded a group of people up there for 24 hours.

No one lives in death valley except the people who work there. There are no subdivisions or anything.

The race starts at badwater which is 279 feet below sea level and the lowest point in North America. I wanted to see this most of all but it had been closed for a week due to the rain they received the week before. We were able to see it from Dantes pass which was 5000 feet above sea level. The hotel was at sea level and it was 80 degrees and Dantes pass was 60. The change in temperature and air pressure related to how far above sea level we were was really fascinating. The race ends at Mt. Whitney which is 8300 feet above sea level. The race goes past all three hotels and is 135 miles long. I thought it was a slow climb, boy was I ever wrong. We drove part of the course as they run right on the highway. It’s climbing up and down 5000 feet at least three times. It’s total insanity.

There were a few things open to see and they were really cool. Brian and I hiked 2 miles into a canyon which said do not attempt of rain predicted. We quickly realized even .2 inch of rain would cause flash flooding and down pouring of water. The ground is so hard it doesn’t absorb much of anything so rain washes everything out.

I wanted to see the place that actually has fish but it was rained out. The place with the moving rocks also not available. I did convince Brian to drive down rainbow canyon and it was kind of like Dorothy waking up in Oz. This area receives a lot more rain. There were big trees and they were green. I found red and yellow plants. Some of the trees had orange flowers. There was an 8 mile hike we wanted to do but we had no time. We had to leave for the Grand Canyon. The colors were awesome but I’m an earth color person.

There is so much more to see and do that I already told Brian I want to come back for my big birthday. It is only a ninety minute drive from Vegas. I would like to stay for five days. This means I need to work on upper body and core so we can do some of the harder hikes.

Mole moral~ you just never know what agreeing to walk a half marathon with Jen P and Erin S would lead to six years later. That led to running which lead me to the book which brought me to Death Valley the most awesome place I’ve ever been.

Goldilocks Half Marathon

image  How many people plan a 25th wedding anniversary trip and look for a run to do while on it. At least one person, because that’s exactly what I did. I found this run and it was awesome. First of all, it was girls only so instead of getting another giant medal to add to my medal rack, I received a necklace. The course support on this run was even better than Disney runs. There were water stops and bathrooms every two miles. The bathrooms were pink and sadly I had a phone malfunction and did not get a picture. At mile 10 they handed out ice pops and I being the juvenile delinquent that I am, took a blue one. It was a yummy surprise. We boarded buses at 05:45 and they took us 13.1 miles away and dropped us off and we ran back.

The run was through red rock canyon and it was gorgeous. However unless you love running hills, I can’t recommend it. It was tough. I run around my neighborhood and since I live at the top of a giant hill, I end every run up the hill. Last week I ran 4 miles straight including my hill and the hill on Vogel that goes up to Simpson school. I’m glad I did, made this more tolerable.

This was a smaller run and they had pacer’s so I started out with the 2:45 group which I didn’t last a 1/4 mile. I realized they were running way too fast. I am a negative split runner which means I start slow and end fast. Normal people start off fast and end slower. Before mile 1 the three-hour pace group was ahead of me and then the mind games started. My goal was three hours or less. I quickly realized they were running faster than the pace. When I pointed this out, the girl said yes planning to do the first six faster because of hills and then coast the last six. That plan was the exact opposite of how I run. So they were in front of me until the major hill around 5-6. I finally got ahead of them and never looked back. That’s a lie, I kept making sure they weren’t catching me.

image

image

Not too long after the hill it started raining and drizzled for about three miles. It was my first race that it actually rained. This time I was smart and did not wear white. I was really hot so I was fine with it. All the time we were running, guys on bicycles were cycling back and forth making sure we runners were doing ok. It was nice.

So I rounded the corner to the finish and there was Brian waiting for me. I almost started crying right there. However I kept it together and finished under the goal and ahead of the pacer. I attempted to have my picture taken with the bear but my phone jammed up and got stuck on Siri asking what I needed. I wanted to choke that computer person out.

image

Mole moral~ Set a goal and achieve it! I had foot surgery five months ago and decided if I take it slow I could do a half this fall. I’m an over achiever, I’ve done two. Or maybe I really am a functioning psycho!

Fun with flags

Having creative kids can be both a blessing and a curse. Allyson says to me on Tuesday that her friend Kurtis birthday party is Saturday. She asks me if I can make the flag of his country he created called Atica. She then adds can you make it the size of his door. He currently has the Canadian flag hanging there but she thought this one would be cooler. So she drew me this picture

image

I took a look at it and said yes I think I can do that. Then she wanted to know what sort of material I was going to use  I said how about silky and she agreed that would work. When she came home from school she asked if I had bought the material and then approved. It took me a while to decide how to cut it out and work out the math. Of course I managed to cut the blue square the wrong size and make another trip to Hobby Lobby. Once I got it together I felt like the red was too narrow. I had to tell myself you are not Betsy Ross, it looks fine. The best part was my cricut cutting machine has a setting for silky material so it cut that star out. That was freaking awesome! Here is the final piece to which Allyson said what if Kurtis doesn’t like it? I said I will wrap it around his neck and choke him out. Allyson then told me that was just a little extreme. Maybe, maybe not.

Mole moral~Fun with flags is from Big Bang Theory. Sheldon my favorite character and his girlfriend Amy did a cable show. Also I can pretty much do anything I set my mind to and this flag made hemming Emily’s bridesmaid dress a piece of cake
